Aubrey Vanderbilt Cecil is building a new family legacy, one jewel at a time.

Aubrey Vanderbilt Cecil may carry one of America’s most storied surnames, but her path into fine jewelry is far from gilded by entitlement. Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, she grew up in the shadow of grandeur yet thrived in the rhythms of the land.
As the only daughter of the fifth Vanderbilt generation, she spent her childhood outdoors on the Biltmore Estate — riding horses daily, tending gardens, cleaning stalls, learning to can vegetables, and pitching in with the hard work that kept the estate running. “We camped, hiked, rode dirt bikes,” she recalled. “I knew how fortunate I was to grow up on that land, and I never took it for granted.”
