- Sales Volume: $0 – $2 million a year: $500 a year to join
- Sales Volume: $2 – $5 million a year: $1,000 a year to join
- Sales Volume: $5 million and over a year: $2,000 a year to join
- Associate Members: $1,000 a year to join*
